Rationale for change
High levels of binding in the blood should increase not the rate, but the delay of onset of the drug (indeed decreasing the rate of onset of the drug) since it is present in lower quantities in the tissues. Unless I'm missing something here... I can't see the textbook images so any clarification is appreciated!
