Rationale for change

the hint 'disease' is a really bad one...I mean basically everything here is a disease lol

It is, however, tough to come up with an appropriate hint and I'd welcome input. To me what distinguishes FMF is that it's one of those really specific conditions that's pretty rare and archetypical for a more common medical phenomenon (SAA). Therefore, to me, SAA + rare inherited disease specific for SAA = FMF so I think this hint would work, and at least it would be better than 'disease'. I don't think it's too specific so as to give anything away, I think it runs the the risk of still being too general.
