Rationale for change

if you look at First Aid (either on this card or page 328) this effect of adenosine on ERP specifically refers to the AV node. I think this is the dominant effect of adenosine and it's not a huge deal, but adenosine seems ot have some controversial effects on ERP in other parts of the heart from some cursory Googling. I think it's worth clarifying that this card is asking about the AV node ERP here.

I also added a little more detail from First Aid into the Extra section and an extra sketchy screenshot that are relevant to this card.
