Rationale for change

i think we should specify how the process happens due to it being a bit more complicated and not as straight forward in how it exactly occurs

Rejection reason

I go back and forth on this one. To follow the minimum information principle I think it might be best to split that up into two cards. One denoting the action potential causing the release of neurotransmitters as a general statement of occurrence, and the other one specifying that, in the arrival of the AP, it is the release of calcium that then induces the vesicles into action.
