Changing "anastomotic insufficiency" to "anastomotic leak".
Anastomotic leak is a broader term for anastomotic suture dehiscence, while anastomotic insufficiency is one of the causes of anastomotic leak. There are more causes of anastomotic leak than just anastomotic insufficiency, such as technical failure, for example.
