Rationale for change
All the other Pellagra cards talk about the malignant variant, so we should aim to be consistent.
Granted FA also drops the term "malignant" and only uses "carcinoid syndrome" while explicitly talking about symptoms after metastasis on p 357 (section about carcinoid syndrome).
