Rationale for change

QID specifically asks for mgmt of nonclassic LCIS, so I added to card - also reformatted and clarified other answers to align with UW, AMBOSS (https://next.amboss.com/us/article/6G0jZ3?q=lobular%20carcinoma%20in%20situ#-nWDDN0), and NCCN guidelines

Not perfectly accurate since this is a complicated topic, but a very good simplifcation that aligns with our major resources
