Rationale for change

The word "pro" was missing, and I think the α character looks better and matches the image in the extra field.

This card covers the first step of post-translation modification during collagen synthesis and so we don't yet have a collagen chain, but are working with pro-alpha-collagen. The image in the extra field uses the proposed terminology.
