Rationale for change

Was debating on how I should handle this card since AnKing NoteID:1480640340625 already talk about lateral pterygoid m.

This card now tests the principles of muscle energey and the function of the lateral pterygoid muscle in one.

Msc Changes: Changed the note into a closed deletion, put netters stuff in additional resources and FA stuff in FA section and replaced image in extra with one from AnKing
