Rationale for change
I'm not exactly sure how to improve this card, but in its current state I think it fails the objective. It provides a 'shortcut' to get to the answer of qualitative platelet disorders, if you know that thrombocytopenia is a quantitative disorder. That sidesteps linking petechiae to quantitative platelet disorders OR thrombocytopenia specifically. I have proposed one possible solution. Another would be to move the 'sign of thrombocytopenia' part into the extra section and only have the qualitative cloze kept.
