Sorry I do not have the UWORLD QID as I am getting this form a screenshot from an explination in the past month. But I will copy and paste the screenshot here.
(Choice E) Although patients with a herniated disc and neurologic deficits should not be treated with HVLA due to the risk of worsening the herniation and causing neurologic complications, this patient has had surgical repair of his herniated disc and has no evidence of neurologic deficits on examination.
