Rationale for change

helps prevent answering with "myoepithelial cells" when answering cards quickly...

its easy to miss that "causes" is in the singular form of the verb hinting at a non-plural answer

if this change is not preferred, perhaps adding the hint "::hormone" behind oxytocin could help with this problem
