Rationale for change
I added PFO to the text (already in the extra) for two reasons
1- This question is about a patient with PFO, i am aslo confident that i saw the same idea of bubble study and PFO in another UW or amboss questions
2- there is little focus on PFO in the deck compared to the quesions about this topic

A bubble study is also known as agitated saline; it is a mixture of air and saline used as a contrast agent during echocardiography to confirm catheter position during a procedure (e.g., pericardiocentesis) or to identify a hole in the heart (ASD/PFO)
