There is another open suggestion with all the resources
This one is an updated suggestion (better, shorter after reviewing all UW and amboss questions on the topic)
2 questtions asked about the tendon injured in jersay finger (so i tried to put more focus on the involved tendon)
1 question about mallet finger treatment and the answer is splinting (but the current card suggest that splinting is for both jersey and mallet finger, which is wrong)
Last note is to remember the MOI in jersey finger (both UW and amboss question mentions the same MOI talking about a patient's finger getting caught in another player's jersey
The another open suggestion can be rejected

Below is the rationale from my previous suggestion (i rejected it now)
-----
For mallet finger surgery is indicated if there is displacement or fracture based of amboss in the same article
Surgical repair is always required in jersey finger based on both UPTODATE and AMBOSS
Amboss
"Treatment: Operative repair is always required"
UPTODATE
"Definitive treatment for ALL cases of complete disruption of the flexor digitorum profundus (FDP) tendon involves surgical repair"
