Rationale for change

Enteropeptidase is the newer term so it would be best to include that in the card and put enterokinase in the extra instead of the other way around.

"It has peptidase activity. Historically, kinase didn't mean to phosphorylate - it meant the first step of a process (e.g. hexokinase kicks-off glycolysis). However, the nomenclature has since evolved but some texts still refer to it as enterokinase."- Reddit
