Rationale for change
There is a focus on asprin as the treatment of MI related pericarditis, two UW questions the answer is "high-dose asprin"
Amboss "Treatment: NSAIDs (e.g., aspirin), colchicine"
yes NSAIDs are used but there is an idea that we should avoid NSAIDs in MI becasaue they affect cell healing
so writing NSAIDs alone here can cause confuison
- I will add the treatment for dressler syndrome in another card (only step 2 card not this one)
