Rationale for change
FA 2024 pg. 697 - Sleep Apnea
FA specifies nocturnal hypoxia is the cause of BOTH systemic and pulmonary HTN in sleep apnea.
Alternatively, we could add a phrase at the end saying "...due to nocturnal {{c2::hypoxia}}, leading to cor pulmonale" and then just keep the answer as {{c1::pulmonary}}
but in its current state the answer pulmonary or systemic HTN would be correct.
