Rationale for change
Changes in the extra section for easier readability and clarity:
I added "most common" for PTHrP because UW says it accounts for 80% of the cases and most of the questions are about patients with lung cancer and amboss "Most common cause: paraneoplastic production of PTHrP "
I deleted a segment about severe neurological symptoms because it is not mentioned in UW or Amboss (yes it can cause severe symptoms but both Step 2 and Step 3 questions tagged show patients with usual symptoms like polyuria, constipation, and nausea in severe forms, without neurological symptoms)
I added >14 as mentioned in UW, since both questions reference calcium levels >14
