Rationale for change
Currently the "extra" note just says "CT scan before surgery still recommended (per UWORLD)" but does not provide rationale. I think including the reason for CT scan recommendation would help students remember and understand the importance: CT scan is recommended even in the setting of classic appendicitis presentation in order to decrease NAR rate (negative appendectomy, or appendectomy of non-inflammed appendix)
