Rationale for change
The card originally made from FA which says
"Subacute—classically viridans streptococci
(low virulence). Smaller vegetations on
congenitally abnormal or diseased valves.
Sequela of dental procedures. Gradual
onset."
so it's talking about viridans in the case of dental procedure
the card is a bit vague because there are cards about subacute carditis due to GI procedures or GU procedures and they have different casuative organisms
I feel this way the card is much better and more accurate and give context to the extra that talks about viridans

Extra
- Transient bacteremia leads to trapping of bacteria in the vegetations
- Viridans group streptococci utilize dextrans (insoluble extracellular polysaccharides) to adhere to tooth enamel and fibrin-platelet aggregates on damaged heart valves, potentially leading to dental plaque and infective endocarditis (IE), respectively
Viridans streptococci
- Most likely organisms to cause IE following dental manipulation (e.g., tooth extraction)
- Group includes S. sanguinis, S. mitis, S. mutans, and S. milleri
