Rationale for change

UW Step 2 QID 18671 and UW Step 1 QID 11841 do not mention PGF2alpha. They call it "topical prostaglandin". AMBOSS does not specify PGF2alpha either in their article and also calls them prostaglandins. This change was rejected in the past, but I don't see a strong reason why. AMBOSS does have PGF2alpha on this article (https://next.amboss.com/us/article/4p03pS#Z14b5c763f6ba770fa0c3464f7724b211), but it's not listed as Key exam info.

I'm not sure what tag:#AK_Step1_v12::#UWorld::COMLEX::25727 entails.
