Rationale for change
Continuous murmur and a palpable thrill would be a AV fistula (not aneurysm). Also double checked UW QID 4241 step 2 (tagged) which doesn't mention a murmur or thrill.
Step 2 QID 12282 is about femoral AV fistula - Learning objective: “An arteriovenous fistula can develop as a complication of vascular access during cardiac catheterization. Patients typically have mild localized pain and swelling and a continuous bruit accompanied by a palpable thrill over the fistula site.”
