Rationale for change

More relevent info from the UW question
- Rule out melanoma (i think it's important because we need to know why we are doing the biopsy)

- The UW question mentions that it's nodular lesion and explains that nodular type might not meet the usual ABCDE criteria that's why we have low threshold for biopsy

- Adding nodular in the text might not be very important but i added it because i needed a context for the note in the extra
