Rationale for change

Evaporative and convective cooling (both of them) is the answer (correct option) the UW question (also it's the treatment in amboss)

i added more risk factors in the extra because of the UW question the patient has psychatic illness and the question mentions a postive urine screen for meth

I explained that cold water immersion is a conductive cooling so we can compare it with evaporative cooling
