Rationale for change

I find it weird that there is a "(1)" to indicate that there is only one foramen. I mean, I get that whoever made this card probably meant to contrast this with the fact that there are two foramena of Luschka, but I don't know of any other AnKing cards that do the same thing for structures that there are only one of. There isn't anything in AMBOSS that suggests the origin of this practice of putting a "(1)" after "foramen of Magendie."
