Rationale for change

Changed the wording of this note to be more broad. There is another note in the same deck (AnkiHub ID: b4b09aad-9ac2-452e-beb1-6cad138571e9) that asks the same question about thiazide diuretics.

Requesting this change because it seems more important to associate the acid-base disorder with diuretics in general rather than having two cards ask the same question for both classes of diuretics. This could also lower the overall card burden.

This change was prompted by watching B&B's "Approach to Acute Heart Failure" in their Clinical Confidence course (Focused more on broad-stroke, clinically pertinent concepts)
