Rationale for change

So I just got this question on uworld. This is a Q that only 36% of people got right. I understand that the answer is still supportive care, but I feel like this card needs to have more specific of an answer. I do not think the way I edited it is the "best" way to write the card, but I'm suggesting this as I think its something we should consider changing.
