Rationale for change

directly tested in 15215.

3 year old girl, did not receive vaccinations, PCR shows segmented double stranded RNA genome, what findings is most likely present. = blunting of villi in duodenum and proximal jejunum

This tripped me up slightly because its never mentioned where rotavirus does this, i assumed in the colon but uworld says "rotavirus invades the villous epithelium of the duodenum and proximal jejunum."

By adding this to extra, you understand not only the mechanism but also where this occurs to end up causing the diarrhea

Is this addition to extra 10000% necessary to get the question right? no, but it gives context that shouldnt be left out imo
