Rationale for change

Pregnancy = complicated UTI
Also the treatment is not only nitro. if anything nitro is contraindicated in early pregnancy
I suggest adding the rest of medciations or edit the text in a way that makes the answer only nitro [sth like, which antibiotic used to treat UTI in pregnancy can cause G6PD hemolysis, even then i can argue that TMS-SMX is an answer as well ]
