Rationale for change

I got an amboss qbank question worong because i chose forceps and the cervical dilation was 10 cm but the head was not engaged (-1 station)

Here is the explanation "Vacuum-assisted delivery can be considered for prolonged second stage of labor (> 3 hours in a nulliparous woman who did not receive an epidural). However, a prerequisite for vacuum-assisted delivery is an engaged fetal head, which is not the case here."
