Rationale for change

AMBOSS states that routine use of glucocorticoids is NOT recommended for acute SCI. https://next.amboss.com/us/article/Wi0Pqf#Ycd59d94fe7f9095a0dc676b4b967fb1b

Pestana 7ed p. 10 also says this. This was also previously suggested by @Ahmed7 in 2023 using DeVirgilo 2ed page 331, but it was rejected due to lack of AMBOSS/UW support.

Not sure if we need the Extra note since we're removing the Cloze. We could also change this to "and NOT treated via {{c2::high dose steroids}}" with the clarification in the Extra. Not sure if this is a common clerkship pimping question. No UW or NBME tags so not sure if we need to keep it.
