Rationale for change

I had a question on COMQuest about a patient with loss of dorsiflexion and it asked where sensory innervation would be lost. I put anterior calf but the correct answer was lateral calf. I see in the extra section that uWORLD says the same thing. I know this contradicts what FA2023-S says, but since two qbanks have it as this, I figured we should go with that.
