Rationale for change

I added the CT scan findings (mentioned in almost all the question about hepatic adenoma)

I removed the part where the card says emergency surgery is needed because the extra section it self in the first line names some indications for surgergy (men (any size), women after stopping the OCP and if the size is more than 5 cm)

There is a q in amboss qbank said that after stopping the OCP what is the next step
the options has "repeat the image in 6 months which is the correct answer"
And surgical resection (incorrect)
