Rationale for change

AMBOSS
"According to the 2021 CDC guideline, NAAT is indicated in all patients with suspected epididymitis. Other sources recommend NAAT only for specific patients, i.e., sexually active patients < 35 years of age and any patient who has a new sexual partner."

NAAT is more helpful than gram stain here
If we want to mention gram stain, we better add NAAT as well
