Rationale for change

In both AMBOSS and FA2024, the ONLY mechanism of ganciclovir/valganciclovir resistance is viral kinase (UL-97) mutation. DNA polymerase mutation is NOT mentioned as a mechanism of resistance of these 2 drugs.
