Rationale for change

There was no cards tagged for this QID its not a difficult Q (so the answer was clear to me and 72% of other test takers) but with that said I couldnt find anywhere where it discussed sarcomeres being added in parrallel to cause concentric hypertophy.

this QID shows a heart image with obvious concentric R ventricular hypertrophy and asked what describes these changes.
A: High rate of myosin mRNA synthesis (explanation explains increase in sacomeres means an increase in synthysis of its components)
