Rationale for change

I propose moving the asterisk inside the cloze deletion so it is not revealed until the card is turned over. For me, and I assume for some others, having the asterisk next to fourth Disease on the front of the card is a dead giveaway that fourth disease is the odd one out that has had a change for historical reasons. Especially since all the other diseases have clever little mnemonics that connect to their diseases, and I'm sitting there trying to remember fourth disease, and I see that asterisk, it short-circuits actually remembering what fourth disease represents.
