Rationale for change

The Anking flowchart shows that the first step is to test for HPV with ASCUS or LSIL

If the HPV test is negative, the repeat testing would not be in 12 months, it would be in 3 years (testing q3y for 21-29 year old women)

Extra
- ASCUS = atypical cells of undetermined significance
- LSIL = low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion

- Younger = not as bad, don't need colposcopy since hasn't had time to grow

- Alternatively, for ASCUS you can get reflex HPV testing with plan to repeat pap in 12 months if (+) vs. return to routine screening schedule if (-)
