Rationale for change

NBME 30 has a patient with Cushing syndrome and hyperpigmentation, because of this card I mistakenly thought only Cushing disease would cause hyperpigmentation. Seems dumb in hindsight, but this change would fix that assumption from being made.

Is a step 2 tagged card that has some detail on hyperpigmentation in extra field. I never started the card when originally learning this material because it's tagged Step 2 so I think adding to this card is appropriate.
