A young patient presents with progressive weakness in the lower limbs. She has a history of scoliosis and high plantar arches. Strength is 2/5 in the lower limbs and 5/5 in the upper limbs. Decreased vibratory and position sense is noted in the lower extremities. MRI shows cervical spinal cord atrophy.
