Rationale for change
Note IDs 1482289615950 and 1482289623508 conflict with each other. As per FA 2022 p.394 (not the FA screenshot in the card itself) regarding intussusception: "Usually idiopathic in children, less frequently due to an identifiable lead point. Idiopathic form is associated with recent viral infections (eg, adenovirus), rotavirus vaccine - Peyer patch hypertrophy may act as a lead point. Common lead points: Children—Meckel diverticulum, small bowel wall hematoma (IgA vasculitis)." No indication of heirarchy of prevalence is provided, and the distinction of lead point vs cause in general is somewhat blurred.
