Rationale for change

added clarity to the table, as it gave no new info to the table and had a lot of redundancy

The line underneath said all adults 45 to 75 had to be screened anyways

Added Grade A and Grade B based on USPSTF's recommendations (also present elsewhere in the deck)

also tried making the text a bit concise
