Rationale for change

Previous wording stating that the "nigrostriatal pathway is affected by movement disorders" is awkward phrasing and baselessly implies a unidirectional pathogenesis (i.e. the movement disorder causes the pathway changes).

Rewording makes this less awkward and reduces potential confusion or misunderstanding.

Rejection reason

Think original is fine. Movement disorders to cause changes in nigrostriatal. New wording was clunky as well
