both of these notes are part of a set that belong together and therefore have a very high chance of causing interference if they don't reference each other so they can be kept straight; in particular, the lepromatous card basically assumes you have memorized the tuberculoid card because it only cloze deletes the drug that is added relative to the tuberculoid treatment
