Rationale for change
hint added to indicate that answer is a congenital heart condition.
given the extra section states that sinus node dysfunction is also a situation in which AV nodal blockers are contraindicated, I think it would be useful to add a hint that states it is a congenital condition that card is asking for. it's something I have gotten tripped up on and would be curious to know if other people have as well.
Rejection reason
___ syndrome should be enough as the other option wouldn't fit in the blank

Extra
- For stable WPW, use procainamide (do NOT use AV-node blockers because they promote more conduction through the accessory pathway → ↑ rapid ventricular response)
- Sinus node dysfunction (AKA sick sinus syndrome) typically presents with bradycardia and/or heart block. You should not* be using AV nodal blockers for these patients either
*patients with tachycardia-bradycardia syndrome may require AV-nodal blockers AFTER pacemaker placement
