Hot	-Vasodilation: arterioles widen (dilate), allowing more blood to enter skin capillaries and causing heat to escape. -Sweating: when water changes states, sudorific glands release sweat that absorbs heat. -Pilorelaxation: the hairs flatten as a result. -Stretching Out: by opening up, the body was a larger surface area.
