Here is a text from amboss

"Mean age of onset: 52 years and, less commonly, prepubertal girls (7–8 years of age) "

The word prepubertal is highlighted and i am guestting this card was based on FA (old version didnt have prebupertal added but newer versions has, mine is FA22 so i cant use it as a source here)

I am also pretty sure that i have either an AMBOSS or UW question were the patient was a young girl and the biopsy wasnt needed if i remember correctly
