Rationale for change

Hypoxemia is not accurate and not specific for Fat embolism.

According to Ambuss - Fat embolism result Respiratory distress, which is Dyspnea / ARDS... not specifically Hypoxemia

Also "BnB STEP 2 - PE/DVT" explain that Fat embolism can result in
"Dyspnea/ ARDS/ Hypoxemia"

Patechial rash can appear not only on the chest ..

"BnB step 2 - PE/DVT "the patechia appears on the ankle

As i know Patechia on the chest is not spefic finding ..
