This should state next step in "diagnosis," not management. The next step in management could be something like reassurance vs UV vs etc.

Rejection reason

exams will often use "management" as the question modifier even if there is no next step in management to test you on whether you know the condition can be diagnosed clinically, requires imaging, should be treated, etc.
