Uworld1 QID: 19332
This card is not correct because it says in pneumonia there are "decreased breath sounds"
This is too vague, and generally speaking there are increased BRONCHIAL breath sounds in pneumonia (as stated on the table in QID 19332, and explanation below that there are increased bronchial breath sounds in the periphery).
This also corresponds with a decreased VESICULAR breath sound in the periphery, but only becuase there is increased bronchial breath sounds in the periphery (thus, by definition, that means there is decreased vesicular sounds).
I personally think the card could be changed to {{c1::increased}} bronchial breath sounds, because that seems to be the primary connection Uworld wants to be associated with the card, but I tried to keep it as similar as possible.
But either way, the card is not correct currently because there is an increase AND decrease in breath sounds in pneumonia, so it must be specified which kind
